Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Standard Returns

  • You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in resellable condition (unused, undamaged, and preferably in original packaging).

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using the original packaging to protect the item during transit.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a suitable solution


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalised products can not be returned due to their bespoke nature so please ensure you check spelling and punctation before placing your order as errors on your part are not classed as a fault and will not be eligable for returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
