At Funky Monkey Gifts, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing & Dispatch Times

All of our products are made to order, which can sometimes mean slightly longer dispatch times.

Non-Personalised Products

Many non-personalised items can be shipped the next business day, depending on the product.
To be safe, please allow 2–5 business days for dispatch.

Personalised Products

Printed personalised products may ship as quickly as the next business day.
Our Personalised Vintage Street Signs take a little longer, typically 7–10 business days.
Other personalised items are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Deadlines
If you have a specific deadline, please get in touch before ordering. We’ll always do our best to accommodate urgent requests, but we cannot guarantee expedited production or delivery.

Additional information

We will begin processing your order immediately upon payment.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or shipping delays, we will notify you by email.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number from the courier handling your delivery. You can use this number to track your parcel directly through the courier’s online tracking system.

If you have any trouble tracking your order, or if you’re unable to reach the courier’s customer service team, just get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to follow it up on your behalf.

Couriers

We work with a selection of trusted couriers, and the one used will depend on the size and type of your order.

Royal Mail – Tracked 24

Smaller items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, often arriving the next business day.
This is why you may see a lower shipping cost at checkout.

Parcelforce – Express 24

Larger items, such as street signs, are sent with Parcelforce Express 24 for next-day delivery as standard.

Evri

Oversized items (e.g. extra-long street signs or height rulers) are delivered by Evri, with a typical delivery time of 2–4 business days.
We also use Evri for certain destinations, including Northern Ireland.

Shipping Costs

We do our best to keep shipping costs affordable while still using fast and reliable couriers. Delivery costs vary based on the size of your item and your location. Final costs are calculated at checkout, but here’s a general guide:

Small, flat items – £1.95 with Royal Mail Tracked 24 Letterbox
Shorter items (up to 60cm) – £2.95 with Royal Mail Tracked 24
Larger items (up to 100cm) – £4.95 with Parcelforce Express 24
Long items (over 100cm) – £5.95 with Evri

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
